The PARD Pantera 256 Q is available in either a 256×192 sensor resolution. Another important technical specification is the Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference (NETD) rating. This is one of the most important technical specifications for any thermal device. NETD indicates how small a thermal difference the device can detect in the environment. The PARD Pantera 256 Q is an industry-leading ≤25mK.
It also features a 12µm pixel pitch, which is a measurement of the distance between the pixels of the digital image. Most thermal units on the market today are either 12µm or 17µm, with 12µm being the highest quality.

The Pantera 256 Q 256×192 sensor, combined with a 25mm lens, achieves 1200m target detection. Notably, its ≤25mK NETD captures thermal nuances in vegetation/bad weather. Meanwhile, the shutterless design maintains smooth visuals without calibration pauses.
