NETD indicates how small a thermal difference the device can detect in the environment. The PARD Pantera 640 Q Thermal Rifle Scope with LRF is an industry-leading ≤18mK.
It also features a 12µm pixel pitch, which is a measurement of the distance between the pixels of the digital image. Most thermal units on the market today are either 12µm or 17µm, with 12µm being the highest quality.
