Returns Policy

For a swift and streamlined returns experience, we recommend registering for an account before initiating a return request on this platform. If you encounter any challenges with our products covered under warranty, eligible for free returns within 30 days of delivery for valid reasons, please reach out to us promptly! The warranty extends to replacement items as well. We’re here to assist you with any concerns you may have!

How to Return

Step 1: Please contact Optics World customer service.

Step 2: Our customer service team investigate and offers a solution based on our policy.

Step 3: Our customer service team provide the return information (RMA number), print it out and stick it on the package you return.

Step 4: Return the product. When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will process the refund/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 7 days, but it can take up to 14 days in busy periods.
