Yes. Use the contact form to send us the competitor URL and price. We’ll review and offer to match or beat it.

Where can I view my invoices and order history?

Please register an account and log in before purchasing. Guest checkout provides an email invoice, but you won’t see orders in your dashboard. Logged-in customers can view order history and download invoices from the account dashboard (linked in the site header).

Do you restock items marked “Out of Stock” or “Backorder”?

Yes. We restock as soon as inventory is available. Backorder status is shown during checkout so you’re aware of availability and potential delays.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Currently we only ship within the UK. Post-Brexit paperwork and delays mean we’ve temporarily restricted international shipping.

My thermal or night-vision device has a fault. What should I do?

Please have your device serial number, purchase invoice and a short fault description ready.
